My goal is to bring a high quality of work to my portrait clients while customizing each session to be built around their personality, style, and vision for their shoot. But having your portraits done with Pics by William isn't just about having great portraits made, it's about the entire experience.

THE PRE-SHOOT CONSULTATION

As part of the experience, I prefer to meet my clients for a pre-shoot consultation, prior to booking their shoot. At your pre-shoot consultation, we will get to know each other. I want your session to reflect who you are stylistically and personally, so we’ll spend a large amount of time talking about you and what you like. We’ll also spend time talking about what you envision for your session so that you and I can start working together towards creating a session that is uniquely you! 

This is a great time for us just to hang out and chat before we actually get together to shoot. Of course I’ll also go over what else you can expect from your session at this meeting, a list of “must have” photos as well as full product pricing, and we’ll sign your booking contract.

THE DAY OF THE SESSION

Whether you're having your engagement, wedding day or family portraits done, we want to make sure you have a stress free and fun shoot. If you’re tense and not enjoying the day or the location it will come through in your photo shoot. Your session is meant to be fun and relaxed, so there’s no need to stress out about posing. I’ll be guiding you every step of the way, to help you look your best in your photos!

FINAL IMAGES ORDERING SESSION

After your session, I will get to work fully retouching your final images. My turn around time for weddings is typically 2-4 weeks and family portraits or engagement photos are typically 1-2 weeks but can be faster for a rush fee.  Engagements sessions and Portrait sessions are typically delivered via USB drive or internet file transfers, however all photos are available for print, albums or wall art.

After your wedding, I will get to work fully retouching your final images. My turn around time for weddings is typically 2-4 weeks. After final images are ready, we will schedule a time to meet for your Ordering Session. During this session, you will get to see your images for the first time and you’ll pick out which images you would like to put into your album, image box, or which you'd like to have printed as wall art. Wedding photos can also by delivered via USB drive.
